Examples of Nonrecourse Indebtedness in a sentence
Prompt notice of any order, judgment or decree in excess of $10,000,000 (or, with respect to any Nonrecourse Indebtedness, $20,000,000) having been entered against the Borrower, any other Obligor, or any of their respective Subsidiaries or any of their respective properties or assets; (i)Notice of Violations of Law.
