Nonqualified Plans definition

Nonqualified Plans means The Readers Digest Association, Inc. Executive Retirement Plan (the "Executive Retirement Plan"), The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. Executive Cash Balance Plan (the "Executive Cash Balance Plan") and the Excess Benefit Retirement Plan of The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. (the "Excess Cash Balance Plan").
Nonqualified Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(e) hereof.
Nonqualified Plans means when immediately preceded by “Pfizer,” the Nonfunded Deferred Compensation and Supplemental Savings Plan, the Nonfunded Supplemental Retirement Plan, the Deferred Compensation Plan, and the Wyeth Plans, and, when immediately preceded by “Company,” the Supplemental Savings Plan to be established by the Company pursuant to Sections 3.2 and 7.1.

More Definitions of Nonqualified Plans

Nonqualified Plans means the Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan (as amended from time to time), the Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Retirement and Savings Restoration Plan (as amended from time to time), and any other retirement or savings plan maintained by the Company or its subsidiaries that is not intended to be qualified under Section 401(a) or Section 401(k) of the Code.
