Nonpublic Personal Information definition

Nonpublic Personal Information about a shareholder shall mean: (i) personally identifiable financial information; (ii) any list, description, or other grouping of consumers that is derived from using any personally identifiable information that is not publically available; and (iii) any other information that a Customer or the Transfer Agent is prohibited from using or disclosing pursuant to Regulation S-P.
Nonpublic Personal Information is defined as any non-public personally identifiable financial information of an individual, including but not limited to the Mortgagors or the Purchaser's clients or employees.

More Definitions of Nonpublic Personal Information

Nonpublic Personal Information means personally-identifiable information about any individual person that a party knows or reasonably should know has not been made available to the general public, or that is covered by applicable privacy, security, or security breach notification laws or regulations, including without limitation, the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act.
Nonpublic Personal Information includes: (1) all personally identifiable financial information; (2) any list, description, or other grouping of consumers (and publicly available information pertaining to them) that is derived using any personally identifiable financial information that is not publicly available information; and (3) any information derived therefrom.
Nonpublic Personal Information means: 
Nonpublic Personal Information means financial or health related information by which a financial institution’s consumers and customers are individually identifiable, including but not limited to nonpublic personal information as defined by Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and regulations adopted pursuant to that Act.
Nonpublic Personal Information shall include all personally identifiable financial information and any list, description or other grouping of consumers, and publicly available information pertaining to them, that is derived using any personally identifiable financial information that is not publicly available, and shall further include all "nonpublic personal information" as defined by federal regulations implementing the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, as amended from time to time. "Personally identifiable financial information" means any information a consumer provides to a party in order to obtain a financial product or service, any information a party otherwise obtains about a consumer in connection with providing a financial product or service to that consumer, and any information about a consumer resulting from any transaction involving a financial product or service between a party and a consumer. Personally identifiable information may include, without limitation, a consumer's first and last name, physical address, zip code, email address, phone number, social security number, birth date, and any other information that itself identifies or when tied to the above information, may identify a consumer.
Nonpublic Personal Information means any information received from or provided by the other party which pertains to or identifies an individual, such as name, postal address, e-mail or IP address, facsimile or phone number, mother’s maiden name, social security or identification number, transactional, employment, financial data, medical or health records, personal, gender, political profile, account, and password information.
Nonpublic Personal Information shall include all information about customers and potential customers subject to the protections of Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act or any other federal or state laws or regulations relating to or protecting the privacy of customers and/or consumers (the “Privacy Laws”).
