Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) means any Regional Corporation, Village Corporation, Urban Corporation, or Group Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alaska in accordance with the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, as amended (43 U.S.C. 1601, et seq.) and which is considered a minority and economically disadvantaged concern under the criteria at 43 U.S.C. 1626(e)(1). This definition also includes ANC direct and indirect subsidiary corporations, joint ventures, and partnerships that meet the requirements of 43 U.S.C. 1626(e)(2).
Nonprofit corporation means a nonstock corporation organized under ch. 181 that is a nonprofit corporation, as defined in s. 181.0103 (17).
Nonprofit entity means any entity organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, or operated by the Federal Government, the State, or any political subdivision of the State.
Cooperative Corporation The entity that holds title (fee or an acceptable leasehold estate) to the real property and improvements constituting the Cooperative Property and which governs the Cooperative Property, which Cooperative Corporation must qualify as a Cooperative Housing Corporation under Section 216 of the Code.
Health care plan means any contract, policy or other arrangement for benefits or services for medical or dental care or treatment under:

Nonprofit organization means a university or other institution of higher education or an organization of the type described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. 501(c) and exempt from taxation under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code (25 U.S.C. 501(a)) or any nonprofit scientific or educational organization qualified under a state nonprofit organization statute.

Office of the Corporation means the executive office of the Corporation, anything in Section 131 of the General Corporation Law to the contrary notwithstanding.
Health plan or "health benefit plan" means any policy,
Health plan issuer means an entity subject to the insurance laws and rules of this state, or subject to the jurisdiction of the superintendent of insurance, that contracts, or offers to contract to provide, deliver, arrange for, pay for, or reimburse any of the costs of health care services under a health benefit plan, including a sickness and accident insurance company, a health insuring corporation, a fraternal benefit society, a self-funded multiple employer welfare arrangement, or a nonfederal, government health plan. “Health plan issuer” includes a third party administrator to the extent that the benefits that such an entity is contracted to administer under a health benefit plan are subject to the insurance laws and rules of this state or subject to the jurisdiction of the superintendent. Sale of the Corporation means (i) the sale of all or substantially all of the Corporation's assets to a Person who is not an Affiliate of the Corporation, (ii) the sale or transfer of the outstanding capital stock of the Corporation to one or more Persons who are not Affiliates of the Corporation, or (iii) the merger or consolidation of the Corporation with or into another Person who is not an Affiliate of the Corporation, in each case in clauses (ii) and (iii) above under circumstances in which the holders of a majority in voting power of the outstanding capital stock of the Corporation, immediately prior to such transaction, own less than a majority in voting power of the outstanding capital stock of the Corporation or the surviving or resulting corporation or acquirer, as the case may be, immediately following such transaction. School Corporation means the Western Xxxxx County Community School Corporation of the County of Xxxxx of the State of Indiana;
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

close corporation means a close corporation within the meaning of the Close Corporations Act, 1984 (Act No. 69 of 1984);
Urban Enterprise Zones means a zone designated by the New Jersey Enterprise Zone Authority pursuant to the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27H-60 et. seq.
Health care entity means any health care provider, health plan or health care clearinghouse.
Psychiatric hospital means an Institution constituted, licensed, and operated as set forth in the laws that apply to Hospitals, which meets all of the following requirements:
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
