Nonemployee Director Option definition

Nonemployee Director Option means a right to purchase Stock (subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4.2) granted to a Nonemployee Director pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan. Nonemployee Director Options shall be Nonstatutory Stock Options.
