Industrial hemp means a plant of the genus Cannabis and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, containing a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of no more than three-tenths of one percent (0.3%) on a dry weight basis.

These activities undertaken by the QIO may be included in a contractual relationship with the Iowa Medicaid enterprise.
Social development company means a company whose primary purpose in Sudan is to provide humanitarian goods or services, including medicine or medical equipment, agricultural supplies or infrastructure, educational opportunities, journalism-related activities, information or information materials, spiritual-related activities, services of a purely clerical or reporting nature, food, clothing, or general consumer goods that are unrelated to oil-related activities, mineral extraction activities, or power production activities.
Autism spectrum disorders means any of the pervasive developmental disorders as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th edition, published by the American Psychiatric Association, including autistic disorder, Asperger's disorder and pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified.[PL 2011, c. 420, Pt. Industrial Services means service to customers engaged primarily in a process which creates or changes raw or unfinished materials into another form or product including the generation of electric power.
Clean coal technology means any technology, including technologies applied at the precombustion, combustion, or post combustion stage, at a new or existing facility which will achieve significant reductions in air emissions of sulfur dioxide or oxides of nitrogen associated with the utilization of coal in the generation of electricity, or process steam which was not in widespread use as of November 15, 1990.
Restricted use pesticide means any pesticide or device which, when used as directed or in accordance with a widespread and commonly recognized practice, the director determines, subsequent to a hearing, requires additional restrictions for that use to prevent unreasonable adverse effects on the environment including people, lands, beneficial insects, animals, crops, and wildlife, other than pests.

Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.
Industrial Property Rights means all of the Company's patents, trademarks, trade names, inventions, copyrights, know-how or trade secrets, formulas and science, now in existence or hereafter developed or acquired by the Company or for its use, relating to any and all products and services which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company.
AT&T-4STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation and other facilities and the Burswood Casino established or to be established on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2 but does not include, on and from the date specified in an order made under section 21F(1b) of the Control Act, any of the foregoing which are by the order excluded from the operation of this Agreement;
