For the purposes of clause 51.3 – references to time are to local time in the place of deemed receipt; and if deemed receipt would occur in the country of deemed receipt on a Saturday or Sunday or a public holiday in that country or a day on which banks are not open for business in that country ("Local Non-Working Day") receipt is deemed to take place at 09h00 on the next day which is not a Local Non-Working Day.
