Non-Solicitation Period definition

Non-Solicitation Period means a period of 12 months after the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company.
Non-Solicitation Period means the time of the Employee’s employment and a period of 24 months following the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason.
Non-Solicitation Period has the meaning given in Section 8.2(a).

  • If you violate this Non-Solicitation provision, the Non-Solicitation Period will be extended by one year from the date of your last solicitation of any Associate or Customer.

More Definitions of Non-Solicitation Period

Non-Solicitation Period begins on the Effective Date and ends on the last day of the Contract Period, or, if longer, eighteen (18) months after the Company terminates your employment for Cause or you resign other than for Good Reason.
Non-Solicitation Period means the period commencing upon the Effective Date and ending on the first anniversary of the Date of Termination.
