Non-Performance Charge definition

Non-Performance Charge means the charge applicable to Capacity Performance Resources as defined in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 10A(e). Nonincumbent Developer:
Non-Performance Charge means the charge applicable to Capacity Performance Resources as defined in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 10A(e).
Non-Performance Charge has the meaning contained in the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff.
