Non-Lead Servicing Agreement definition

Non-Lead Servicing Agreement means the pooling and servicing agreement, trust and servicing agreement or other similar agreement to be entered into in connection with a Non-Lead Securitization Note.

Non-Lead Servicing Agreement means the Note A-2 PSA.

Non-Lead Servicing Agreement means the PSA with respect to any Non-Lead Note (other than any Non-Lead Note that is included in the Lead Securitization).

• Subject to the terms of the Servicing Agreement, each of the Controlling Noteholder, the Controlling Class Representative, the Non-Controlling Pari Passu Noteholders (or any controlling class representative or directing holder on its behalf under a Non-Lead Servicing Agreement) shall be permitted to bid at any sale of the Mortgage Loan unless such Person is the Mortgage Loan Borrower or an agent or Affiliate of the Mortgage Loan Borrower.
