Non-Disclosure Agreement definition

Non-Disclosure Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 12.16.

More Definitions of Non-Disclosure Agreement

Non-Disclosure Agreement means the relevant non-disclosure agreement entered into between the Resolution Applicant and the Company (represented by the Resolution Professional).
