Non Compliance Notification Date means the date on which the GLA notifies the Grant Recipient that it has become aware that a Named Project in respect of which Named Project Grant has been paid or utilised does not meet the Named Project Details;

  • major non-compliance outcome notification means a notification received by a council under section 19N(3) or (4) of the Food Act 1984, or advice given to council by an authorized officer under that Act, of a deficiency that does not pose an immediate serious threat to public health but may do so if no remedial action is taken

  • Compliance Date means, in each case, the date by which compliance is required under the referenced provision of ARRA’s or HIPAA’s implementing regulations, as applicable.

  • Initial compliance period means the three-year compliance period that begins January 1, 1993, except for the MCLs for dichloromethane, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, benzo(a)pyrene, dalapon, di(2-ethylhexyl)adipate, di(2-ethyl- hexyl)phthalate, dinoseb, diquat, endothall, endrin, glyphosate, hexachlorobenzene, hexachlorocyclopentadiene, oxamyl, picloram, simazine, 2,3,7,8-TCDD, antimony, beryllium, cyanide, nickel, and thallium, as they apply to a supplier whose system has fewer than 150 service connections, for which it means the three-year compliance period that began on January 1, 1996.

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Repeat compliance period means any subsequent compliance period after the initial compliance period.

  • Non-Compliance means failure/refusal to comply the terms and conditions of the tender;

  • Tax Compliance Agreement means the Federal Tax Certificate, Tax Compliance Agreement, Arbitrage Agreement, or other written certification or agreement of the Issuer setting out representations and covenants for satisfying the post-issuance tax compliance requirements for the Tax-Exempt Bonds.

  • Labor compliance agreement means an agreement entered into between a contractor or subcontractor and an enforcement agency to address appropriate remedial measures, compliance assistance, steps to resolve issues to increase compliance with the labor laws, or other related matters.

  • Covenant Compliance Event means that Excess Availability at any time is less than ten (10%) percent of the Loan Cap (without giving effect to the Term Loan Reserve). For purposes hereof, the occurrence of a Covenant Compliance Event shall be deemed continuing until Excess Availability has exceeded the amount set forth above for thirty (30) consecutive days, in which case a Covenant Compliance Event shall no longer be deemed to be continuing for purposes of this Agreement. The termination of a Covenant Compliance Event as provided herein shall in no way limit, waive or delay the occurrence of a subsequent Covenant Compliance Event in the event that the conditions set forth in this definition again arise.

  • Certificate of Compliance means a certificate issued in terms of the Regulations in respect of an electrical installation or part of an electrical installation by an accredited person;

  • Certification period means the period for which an individual is certified eligible for a program.

  • Notification Time means 11:00 a.m., New York time, on a Local Business Day.

  • Certification Date means the later of the date on which an order granting certification or authorization of a Proceeding against one or more Non-Settling Defendants is issued by a Court and the time to appeal such certification or authorization has expired without any appeal being taken, or if an appeal is taken the date of the final disposition of such appeal.

  • Notice of compliance means a statement confirming that a governmental entity

  • Notification Period means a set period of time between the submittal of a Notice of Intent and the beginning of lead - based paint abatement activities (including all on-site worksite preparation).

  • 1940 Act Notification means a notification of registration of the Fund as an investment company under the 1940 Act on Form N-8A, as the 1940 Act Notification may be amended from time to time.

  • Reportable Compliance Event means that any Covered Entity becomes a Sanctioned Person, or is charged by indictment, criminal complaint or similar charging instrument, arraigned, or custodially detained in connection with any Anti-Terrorism Law or any predicate crime to any Anti-Terrorism Law, or has knowledge of facts or circumstances to the effect that it is reasonably likely that any aspect of its operations is in actual or probable violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law.
