Non-Citizen definition

Non-Citizen means any person or entity who is not a “citizen of the United States” (as defined in Section 41102 of the Act and administrative interpretations issued by the Department of Transportation, its predecessors and successors, from time to time), including any agent, trustee or representative of a Non-Citizen.
Non-Citizen means any Person other than a Citizen.
Non-Citizen means an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States, in accordance with Section 101(a)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 USC § 1101(a)(3)).

  • Any determination by the Board of Directors as to whether Stock is Owned or Controlled by a Non-Citizen shall be final.

  • The Foreign Stock Record shall include (i) the name and nationality of each such Non-Citizen and (ii) the date of registration of such shares in the Foreign Stock Record.
