For the purposes of this Article, the months of July and August shall not be included in the computation of operational days. For the purposes of this Article, written communication may be provided by email. If there is a dispute about whether a grievance commenced under this Article is properly a grievance on a central item, it shall be processed under this Article unless TEBA and the Association mutually agree that the difference, or a portion of the difference, shall be referred to the Local grievance procedure in Article 16. If the alleged violation is initiated as Local and then defined as a central grievance, the local grievance shall be transferred to the central grievance procedure at an equivalent step in the process. Notwithstanding the timelines for advancing the grievance through the central grievance process from that point, at the request of either party, the parties shall agree to a thirty (30) day freeze of the timelines to enable the parties to consider the matter. The thirty (30) day freeze period may be ended by mutual agreement. Either TEBA or Association may initiate a grievance by serving a written notice of a difference as follows:

Provisioning center includes any commercial property where marihuana is sold at retail to registered qualifying patients or registered primary caregivers. A noncommercial location used by a primary caregiver to assist a qualifying patient connected to the caregiver in accordance with the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, MCL 333.26421 et seq., is not a provisioning center for purposes of this article.

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.
