Non-business days definition

Non-business days for the purposes of this Act means-
Non-business days means Saturday, Sunday and any other day that is a holiday as defined in the Interpretation Act (Canada);
Non-business days for the purposes of this Act means Sundays and public holidays. Any other day is a business day.

More Definitions of Non-business days

Non-business days means a Saturday, Sunday, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day; and any other day which the Exchange shall declare and publish is not a business day1.
Non-business days has the meaning set forth in clause 12.4.6.
