Nomination Papers definition

Nomination Papers means the documents prescribed pursuant to the Rules of Procedure which must be duly completed and submitted by a candidate for nomination in order for that candidate to be eligible to seek election.
Nomination Papers means the document filed in accordance with these Custom Election Rules and which represents the written acceptance of an Eligible Nominee to be a Candidate in the Band Election.

  • A Candidate shall be provided with the maximum campaign expenses amount upon filing of his or her Nomination Papers (see Nominations section of this manual).

  • Nomination Date means the twentieth (20th) day of the month preceding the Operating Month.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Nominated Representative means, in respect of each party, the person whose details are set out in the Special Conditions (if any).

  • Nominations means the process by which the customer or the customer's agent notifies the Company of expected transportation quantities.

  • Nomination means an offer by a Shipper to a Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation from a specified origin(s) to a specified destination or destinations pursuant to the terms of this tariff.

  • Shareholder Representative has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Investment adviser representative means an individual employed by or associated with an investment adviser or federal covered investment adviser and who makes any recommendations or otherwise gives investment advice regarding securities, manages accounts or portfolios of clients, determines which recommendation or advice regarding securities should be given, provides investment advice or holds herself or himself out as providing investment advice, receives compensation to solicit, offer, or negotiate for the sale of or for selling investment advice, or supervises employees who perform any of the foregoing. The term does not include an individual who:

  • Stockholder Representative has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Nominated Athlete means an Athlete who has been nominated to the NZOC by Swimming New Zealand.

  • Purchaser Board means the board of directors of the Purchaser.

  • Nominated Officer means an officer charged with the responsibility for discharging specific tasks within Standing Orders and Standing Financial Instructions.

  • Independent Fund Director means an independent director of an investment company advised by Invesco.

  • Purchaser Representative means any person who satisfies all of the following conditions or who the issuer reasonably believes satisfies all of the following conditions:

  • Nominated Person means a person who is a member, or a member and Officer, of the Association

  • Controlling Note Holder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(a).

  • Investor Nominee means a person designated for election to the Board of Directors by the Investor pursuant to the Investment Agreement.

  • Stockholders’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Shareholders’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Principal Stockholder means, collectively, (i) the Sponsor and (ii) any affiliate or successor of a person referenced in clauses (i) and (ii) of this definition.

  • Eligible Shareholder means an existing or new investor of the Company that is eligible at the ACD’s discretion to invest in the Class X Shares upon entering into an agreement with the ACD and fulfilling the eligibility conditions set by the ACD from time to time.
