Nomination and Compensation Committee definition

Nomination and Compensation Committee means the nomination and compensation committee of the Board.
Nomination and Compensation Committee means the duly appointed nomination and compensation committee of the Board.

Person shall mean any individual, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, incorporated or unincorporated association, joint venture, joint stock company, governmental authority or instrumentality or other entity of any kind. Share Capital shall mean the issued share capital of the Company as registered in the commercial register as adjusted from time to time. Shared Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(d) of this Agreement. Sunset Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) of this Agreement.

  • Such adjustment shall be resolved by the Board of Directors at its sole discretion with final and binding effect, based on a recommendation by the Nomination and Compensation Committee and taking into consideration the acquired rights of the Participants and the objectives of the Plan.

Nomination and Compensation Committee means the Company’s nomination and compensation committee of independent directors responsible for executive compensation decisions or in the absence of such a committee, a majority of the independent directors serving on the Board.

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.
