Nominating Party definition

Nominating Party has the meaning specified in Section 3.2(1)(b).
Nominating Party means any one of the investors named in Section 1(b) of the Stockholders Agreement entitled to nominate such number of persons as specified therein for election to the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
Nominating Party means an Initial Nominating Party and a Successor Nominating Party.
