More Definitions of Nominated Recipient

Nominated Recipient means a person appointed by a FIT Generator to receive FIT Payments in respect of an Accredited FIT Installation owned by that FIT Generator and recorded as such on the Central FIT Register;

Nominated Recipient has the meaning set out in the LTD DOCA;

Nominated Recipient means a person appointed by You to receive FIT Payments on Your behalf and recorded as such on the Central FIT Register in respect of a FIT Generation Installation owned by You;

Nominated Recipient means a person appointed by You to receive particular FiT Payments and recorded as such on the Central FiT Register;
