Nominated Persons definition

Nominated Persons or “Nominated Person” has the meaning given to it in Section 3.4 of the Asset Monitor Agreement;
Nominated Persons means the person(s) from time to timenominated by the Authority for the purposes of this Condition by notice to the licensee;
Nominated Persons means the persons named in the Statement of Work and such other persons approved in writing by MLA to perform the work in respect of the Services on behalf of the Consultant;

Examples of Nominated Persons in a sentence

  • Nominated Persons should continue to contact that member, custodian or broker (and not the Company) regarding any changes or queries relating to the Nominated Person’s personal details and interest in the Company (including any administrative matter).

  • The statement of the rights of shareholders in relation to the appointment of proxies in paragraphs 1 and 2 above does not apply to Nominated Persons.

  • Alternatively, if Nominated Persons do not have such a right, or do not wish to exercise it, they may have a right under such an agreement to give instructions to the person holding the shares as to the exercise of voting rights.

  • Nominated Persons may have a right under an agreement with the member who holds the shares on their behalf to be appointed (or to have someone else appointed) as a proxy.

  • Nominated Persons are reminded that they should contact the registered holder of their shares (and not the Company) on matters relating to their investments in the Company.

Nominated Persons means the persons named in the schedule and such other persons approved in writing by AMPC to work on the Project on behalf of the Research Organisation; Personal Information means personal information as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database), whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion; Privacy Laws means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles prescribed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and any approved privacy code that applies to the Research Organisation; Project means the project described in the schedule; Project Data means any information or data, in whatever form, created, collected, captured, stored, produced or otherwise developed in the course of the Project, including open or proprietary data and including in any documents or materials containing that information or data;
Nominated Persons shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).
