Nominated Driver definition

Nominated Driver means a driver, noted in the current schedule as a nominated driver, you have advised us will drive your vehicle.
Nominated Driver means the person(s) whose names(s) are set out on the Rental Vehicle agreement.
Nominated Driver means the person who is both the controlling shareholder and a director of the Carrier and is nominated in writing by the Carrier and approved by Hanson to be the driver of the vehicle specified by the Carrier and approved by Hanson to provide cartage services under this Contract.

More Definitions of Nominated Driver

Nominated Driver means a person who has completed a Driver questionnaire, been approved by Us, and has been listed in the Policy Schedule as a Nominated Driver.
Nominated Driver the person specified on the Vehicle Hire Agreement form; “Vehicle” means the motor vehicle described in the Vehicle Hire Agreement form and includes all accessories, tools, documents and spare tyres in or about the Vehicle at the commencement of the Hire Period.
