Nominated Adviser definition

Nominated Adviser means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx appointed by the Company pursuant to rule 1 of the AIM Rules and assuming the responsibilities set out in rule 39 of the AIM Rules;

More Definitions of Nominated Adviser

Nominated Adviser means an Authorised Representative of the Licensee named in Section 2. Payment Authority means, with respect to an Advice Fee and a Member, written authorisation from the Member (in a form satisfactory to Hostplus) to deduct the Advice Fee from the Member’s Hostplus account and pay that amount to the Licensee. Personal Information has the same meaning as in the Privacy Law. Privacy Law means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and any other applicable privacy legislation. Product has the meaning given by section 994AA(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Product Design and Distribution Obligations means the obligations contained in Part 7.8A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
