Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit definition

Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit means, for any tranche of notes, the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount minus the nominal liquidation amount of that tranche.
Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit means, with respect to any tranche of Notes, the excess of the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of that tranche over the Nominal Liquidation Amount of that tranche.
Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit has, with respect to any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, the meaning specified in the applicable Indenture Supplement for such Series, Class or Tranche.

Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit means, with respect to the Series 2004-B Notes, the excess of (i) the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Series 2004-B Notes over (ii) the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Series 2004-B Notes.
