Nominal Amount definition

Nominal Amount means the Nominal Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Nominal Amount means the Initial Nominal Amount (less the aggregate amount by which each Bond has been partially redeemed, if any, pursuant to Clause 10 (Redemption and repurchase of Bonds)), or any other amount following a split of Bonds pursuant to Clause 16.2, paragraph (j).
Nominal Amount means the Nominal Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. "Observation Date" means each of the following Observation Dates:

Examples of Nominal Amount in a sentence

  • The price of the Subsequent Bonds may be set at a discount or at a premium compared to the Nominal Amount.
