NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL. For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified.

NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL. ‌ For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified. TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS‌ The State will not be liable for any expense incurred by the Contractor for any parking fees or as a consequence of any traffic infraction or parking violations attributable to employees of the Contractor.
NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL. If you arrive under the influence, you will be placed in a supervised area, and your parents will be called.
NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL. You may not appear at the Offender Work Program while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, even if you are not subject to alcohol restrictions by the court. There is a no tolerance policy for alcohol, and you will be required to pass a breath test with a reading of 0.00. NO exceptions! Failing the test is considered a violation of this Agreement. Program participants are also subject to alcohol and/or drug testing at any time at their own expense. The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office will be the sole authority regarding whether a participant has consumed or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office determines you have violated a term of this provision you will be immediately prohibited from further participation in the program.

  • Alcohol & Drugs I understand that the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is prohibited at all game locations and Activities hosted by the Club. I understand that by not following the rules of the game, or by playing while intoxicated, or if there is any suspicion of intoxication, I will not be allowed to play and will not receive a refund.

  • Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.

  • No Gifts or Gratuities Party shall not give title or possession of anything of substantial value (including property, currency, travel and/or education programs) to any officer or employee of the State during the term of this Agreement.

  • Industrial Accident or Illness Leave shall be reduced by one (1) day for each day of authorized absence regardless of a temporary disability indemnity award.

  • Drugs and Alcohol The Pupil may be given the opportunity to provide a biological sample under medical supervision if involvement with drugs is suspected, or a sample of breath to test for alcohol consumed in breach of School rules or policy. A sample or test in these circumstances will not form part of the Pupil's permanent medical record.
