No amendment. The Scheme Planned Availability for any Scheme Year notified in accordance with Clause 55.1 or deemed in accordance with Clause 55.3 may not be amended.
No amendment other than as disclosed in writing prior to that Novation Date, the terms of that Transaction are fully disclosed in its Confirmation and have not been supplemented, amended or varied; and

No amendment it shall procure that no amendment or supplement is made to its articles of association or other constitutive documents which (in the opinion of the Lender) might materially and adversely affect such Obligor's ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Alteration means the marking, changing or altering in a material way of the terms, meaning or legal effect of a document with the intent to deceive.
