You further understand that nothing in this Release generally prevents you from filing a charge or complaint with or from participating in an investigation or proceeding conducted by the EEOC, NLRB, or any other federal, state or local agency charged with the enforcement of any employment laws, although by signing this Release you are waiving your right to individual relief based on claims asserted in such a charge or complaint.
Although you are releasing claims that you may have under the OWBPA and the ADEA, you understand that you may challenge the knowing and voluntary nature of this release under the OWBPA and the ADEA before a court, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), or any other federal, state or local agency charged with the enforcement of any employment laws.
Likewise, nothing in this General Release shall be construed to prohibit me from filing a charge with or participating in any investigation or proceeding conducted by the EEOC, NLRB, or any comparable state or local agency.
Further, this Agreement does not prohibit the filing of an administrative charge with a federal, state, or local administrative agency such as the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Nothing in this Section 15 is intended to restrict or impede your participation in proceedings or investigations brought by or before the EEOC, NLRB, or other federal, state or local government agencies, or otherwise exercising protected rights to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by agreement, including Section 7 rights under the National Labor Relations Act.
