Niagara Mohawk Properties means those parcels of and/or interest in real property that Niagara Mohawk uses for its electrical facilities upon which portions of the Interconnection Facility exist.
Niagara Mohawk Properties means those parcels of real property and/or easements that NIAGARA MOHAWK uses for its transmission facilities upon which portions of the INTERCONNECTION FACILITY have been constructed and which property PRODUCER exclusively uses under this AGREEMENT, which parcels of real property and/or easements and facilities are described in more particularity in Exhibit A hereto.

  • Real Property means any estates or interests in real property now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor and the improvements thereto.
