NHS Functions definition

NHS Functions means those of the NHS functions listed in Regulation 5 of the Regulations as are exercisable by the CCG as are relevant to the commissioning of the Services and which may be further described in each Scheme Specification.
NHS Functions means those of the NHS functions listed in Regulation 5 of the Regulations as are exercisable by the NHS Body as are relevant to the commissioning of the Services and which may be further described in each Service Schedule Non-Recurrent Payments means funding provided by a Partner to a Pooled Fund in addition to the Financial Contributions pursuant to arrangements agreed in accordance with Clause 6.3. Overspend means any expenditure from a Pooled Fund in a Financial Year which exceeds the Financial Contributions for that Financial Year. Partner means each of the NHS Body(s) and the Council, and references to "Partners" shall be construed accordingly.

Examples of NHS Functions in a sentence

  • The XXXX Services are commissioned in exercise of the NHS Functions set out in Regulation 5 of the Regulations.

  • The Partners shall establish and maintain a charging policy and protocol to ensure that the delivery of health care through the performance of any NHS Functions pursuant to this Agreement shall remain free at the point of delivery whilst ensuring that effective procedures exist to facilitate the exercise by the Council of its charging function.

  • The Health Related Functions or NHS Functions relevant to each Individual Scheme will be identified in that Scheme Specification.

More Definitions of NHS Functions

NHS Functions means functions exercisable by a Primary Care Trust or NHS trust in its capacity as such,
NHS Functions means those functions set out in regulation 5 of the Regulations as reproduced in Schedule 2;
NHS Functions means such of the functions of the CCG as prescribed in Regulation 5 of the Regulations as far as they relate to the Client Group
NHS Functions means those of the NHS functions of the CCG listed in Regulation 5 of the Regulations from time to time as are relevant to the commissioning of the Services and which may be further described in the relevant Commissioning Plans, Service Specifications, Better Care Fund Plan and/or Scheme Specifications. NHS Standard Contract means a contract based on terms published by NHS England for the commissioning of health services in accordance with their obligations under Regulation 17(1) of the National Health Service Commissioning Board and Clinical Commissioning Groups (Responsibilities and Standing Rules) Regulations 2012.
NHS Functions means those of the NHS functions listed in Regulation 5 of the Regulations as are exercisable by the CCG as are relevant to the commissioning of the Services and which may be further described in each Service Schedule Non-Recurrent Payments means funding provided by a Partner to a Pooled Fund in addition to the Financial Contributions pursuant to arrangements agreed in accordance with Clause [10.4].
NHS Functions means the functions of the Trust which fall within the health functions of the Trust prescribed under regulation 5 of the Regulations subject to (in relation to any particular Integrated Provider Scheme) the modifications set out in the relevant Annex to this Agreement relating to that scheme;
NHS Functions means such of the functions of NHS HCCG as prescribed in Regulation 5 of the Regulations as far as they relate to the Client Group
