NHS England definition

NHS England means the National Health Service Commissioning Board established by section 1H of the NHS Act, also known as NHS England; Non-Personal Data means data which is not Personal Data; Operational Days a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday in England; Particulars means the Particulars of this Agreement as set out in clause 1 (Particulars);
NHS England means the National Health Service Commissioning Board established by section 1H of the NHS Act, also known as NHS England;
NHS England means the NHS Commissioning Board established under section 9 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.

Examples of NHS England in a sentence

  • The CCG may, for the purposes of exercising the Delegated Functions under this Agreement, establish and maintain a pooled fund in respect of any part of the Delegated Funds with NHS England in accordance with section 13V of the NHS Act except that the CCG may only do so if NHS England (at its absolute discretion) consents in writing to the establishment of the pooled fund (including any terms as to the governance and payments out of such pooled fund).

  • NHS England and the CCG shall co-operate in relation to the investigation and resolution of any such claims or potential claims.

  • In such cases, NHS England shall be entitled to conduct the Claim in the manner it considers appropriate and is also entitled to pay or settle any Claim on such terms as it thinks fit.
