NHS Charge definition

NHS Charge means a charge made to the patient for provision of services pursuant to the NHS Charges Regulations;
NHS Charge means a charge payable under regulations made under section 121(1), 125(1) or 128(1);
NHS Charge means the charge authorised under the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Scotland) Regulations 1989(6), to the patient within the meaning of those Regulations;
