NH Credit definition

NH Credit means New Holland Credit Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its successors and assigns.

  • If in any enforcement suit or legal proceeding it shall be held that the Servicer may not enforce a Receivable on the ground that it shall not be a real party in interest or a holder entitled to enforce such Receivable, the Trustee shall, at the Servicer’s direction (and, so long as the Servicer is NH Credit, at the Servicer’s expense), take steps to enforce such Receivable, including bringing suit in its name or the name of the Trust, the Indenture Trustee, the Certificateholders or the Noteholders.

  • No such resignation shall become effective until the Indenture Trustee or a Successor Servicer shall have assumed the responsibilities and obligations of NH Credit in accordance with Section 8.2.

  • Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Agent maintained at the office of the Agent at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the “Tower Letter of Credit Account” that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth herein.

  • Universal Credit means any payment of Universal Credit payable under the Welfare Reform Act 2012, the Universal Credit Regulations 2013, The Universal Credit (Consequential, Supplementary, Incidental and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2013, Universal Credit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013 and the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2014;

  • Revolving Credit means the credit facility for making Revolving Loans and Swing Loans and issuing Letters of Credit described in Sections 1.2, 1.3 and 1.7 hereof.

  • Credit means the right granted by a creditor to a debtor to defer payment of debt or to incur debt and defer its payment.

  • Revolving Letter of Credit means a letter of credit issued by a Revolving Fronting Bank pursuant to Section 2.03(a) and shall also include each Existing Letter of Credit.

  • Revolving Facility Credit Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Swingline Exposure at such time and (c) the Revolving L/C Exposure at such time. The Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of any Revolving Lender at any time shall be the product of (i) such Revolving Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage and (ii) the aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of all Revolving Lenders, collectively, at such time.

  • Letter of Credit Advance means an advance made by any Issuing Bank or any Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c).

  • Prepetition Credit Agreement has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.

  • Letter of Credit Facility means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount of the Issuing Bank’s Letter of Credit Commitment at such time, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.

  • Company Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of January 28, 2019, by and between the Company, the lenders party thereto from time to time and SunTrust Bank, as administrative agent for the revolving lenders and as collateral agent for the secured parties thereunder.

  • LC means Letter of Credit

  • Original Credit Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.

  • Letter of Credit Liability means the sum of (x) aggregate amount of the undrawn stated amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit plus (y) the amount drawn under Letters of Credit for which the Letter of Credit Issuer and the Lenders, or any one or more of them, have not yet received payment or reimbursement (in the form of a conversion of such liability to Loans, or otherwise) as required pursuant to Section 2.8.
