New Zealand Dollar Note means a Note denominated in New Zealand Dollars.]

  • New Zealand Dollars means the lawful currency of New Zealand.

  • Singapore Dollars means the lawful currency of Singapore.

  • New Zealand means the territory of New Zealand but does not include Tokelau; it also includes any area beyond the territorial sea designated under New Zealand legislation and in accordance with international law as an area in which New Zealand may exercise sovereign rights with respect to natural resources;

  • Euro-Dollar Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a Euro-Dollar Rate pursuant to the applicable Notice of Committed Borrowing or Notice of Interest Rate Election.

  • Euro-Dollar Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

  • Australian Dollars means the lawful currency of Australia.

  • Australian Dollar means the lawful currency of Australia.

  • Dollar Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars.

  • Alternate Currency Loan means any Loan denominated in an Alternate Currency.

  • Offshore Currency Loan means any Offshore Rate Loan denominated in an Offshore Currency.

  • Dollars or $ means the lawful currency of the United States.

  • Alternate Currency means (i) with respect to any Letter of Credit, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pound Sterling, Swiss Francs, Mexican Pesos, Australian Dollars and any other currency other than Dollars as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank with respect thereto in their sole discretion and (ii) with respect to any Loan, any currency other than Dollars that is approved in accordance with Section 1.05.

  • Dollar Denominated Loan means any Loan incurred in Dollars.

  • Canadian Dollars means the lawful currency of Canada.

  • Alternative Currency Loan means an Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan or an Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan, as applicable.

  • Pound Sterling the lawful currency of the United Kingdom.

  • Quote Currency means the second currency in the Currency Pair which can be bought or sold by the Client for the Base Currency.

  • Hong Kong Dollar or “HK$” or “HKD” means the lawful currency for the time being and from time to time of Hong Kong.

  • Hong Kong Dollars means the lawful currency of Hong Kong.

  • Multicurrency Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars or an Agreed Foreign Currency.

  • Alternative Currency means each of Euro, Sterling, Yen and each other currency (other than Dollars) that is approved in accordance with Section 1.07.

  • Specified Dollar Amount means the maximum cash amount per $1,000 principal amount of Notes to be received upon conversion as specified in the Settlement Notice related to any converted Notes.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Daily Rate.” All Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Euro-Dollar Lending Office means, as to each Bank, its office, branch or affiliate located at its address set forth in its Administrative Questionnaire (or identified in its Administrative Questionnaire as its Euro-Dollar Lending Office) or such other office, branch or affiliate of such Bank as it may hereafter designate as its Euro-Dollar Lending Office by notice to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

  • U.S. Swingline Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04 as a “U.S. Swingline Loan.”

  • British Pounds Sterling means the lawful currency of the United Kingdom.
