New York State Reliability Council definition

New York State Reliability Council or “NYSRC” means the organization that promotes and preserves the Reliability of electric service on the New York Transmission System by developing and maintaining NYSRC Reliability Rules which are complied with by the NYISO, and for monitoring and assuring compliance with such rules.
New York State Reliability Council. (“NYSRC”) shall mean a Delaware limited liability company established pursuant to the NYSRC Agreement. “New York State Reliability Council Agreement” (“NYSRC Agreement”) shall mean the agreement among the Member Systems of the New York Power Pool to establish the New York State Reliability Council.
