New York Office definition

New York Office means the facility maintained by the Depositary in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York, for accepting, executing and delivering Receipts and other instruments prior to processing such instruments at the Corporate Office, which facility at the date of this Deposit Agreement is located at _______________________.

New York Office shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2

New York Office means, for the Administrative Agent, the office in New York City specified in or pursuant to Section 10.08.

• The Depositary shall make available for inspection by holders of Receipts at the Corporate Office, the New York Office and at such other places as it may from time to time deem advisable during normal business hours any reports and communications received from the Company that are received by the Depositary as the holder of Stock.

• The Depositary shall execute and deliver such Receipt or Receipts at the New York Office, except that, at the request, risk and expense of any person requesting such delivery and for the account of such person, such delivery may be made at such other place as may be designated by such person.

• The Company hereby designates the New York Office of the Trustee as one such office or agency of the Company in accordance with Section 2.03.
