New York Office means the facility maintained by the Depositary in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York, for accepting, executing and delivering Receipts and other instruments prior to processing such instruments at the Corporate Office, which facility at the date of this Deposit Agreement is located at _______________________.
New York Office shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2

  • The Depositary shall make available for inspection by holders of Receipts at the Corporate Office, the New York Office and at such other places as it may from time to time deem advisable during normal business hours any reports and communications received from the Company that are received by the Depositary as the holder of Stock.
