New Supply definition

New Supply means Applications proposing new construction or Adaptive Reuse.
New Supply for the purpose of Annex C Schedule 05 only this shall mean previously purchased PPC muxes or new PPC muxes;
New Supply means a new TMD from the Colorado River Basin, the primary purpose of which is a supply for the Front Range.

  • All Code Parties agree to co-operate with each other in relation to the Registration of Supply Points for New Connections and New Supply Points including by carrying out the duties set out in this Section 5.4.

  • On receipt of notification of any Gap Site under Section 5.4.9(i) Scottish Water shall perform its obligations in accordance with CSD 0101 (Registration: New Connections & New Supply Points) so that any New Supply Points relating to such Gap Site(s) can be Registered in the Supply Point Register.

  • If Scottish Water identifies any Gap Site it shall follow the Gap Site Allocation Process in Section 5.4.11 below and perform its obligations in accordance with that Gap Site Allocation Process and CSD 0101 (Registration: New Connections & New Supply Points) so that New Supply Point(s) relating to such Gap Site(s) are allocated to a Licensed Provider and Registered in the Supply Point Register.

  • The relevant Licensed Provider shall provide information including consumption pattern information relating to the Supply Point to the CMA in accordance with CSD 0101 (Registration: New Connections & New Supply Points).

  • If a Licensed Provider becomes aware of any Entry Change of Use it shall either notify Scottish Water in accordance with CSD 0101 (Registration: New Connections & New Supply Points), or, in the case of a Pseudo Water Services Supply Point, in accordance with CSD0104 (Maintain SPID Data) and shall perform its obligations in accordance with the relevant CSD so that any New Supply Point(s) required as a result of the Entry Change of Use can be Registered in the Supply Point Register.

  • The CMA will then Register the new Supply Point(s) in accordance with Section 3.1.1 of CSD 0101 (Registration: New Connections & New Supply Points).

New Supply means any gas MPR or electricity MPAN that has been created as a result of a New Connection.

  • New Subsidiary means, as of any date of determination, any Person in which the Company after the Subscription Date, directly or indirectly, (i) owns or acquires any of the outstanding capital stock or holds any equity or similar interest of such Person or (ii) controls or operates all or any part of the business, operations or administration of such Person, and all of the foregoing, collectively, “New Subsidiaries.”

  • Security Joinder Agreement means each Security Joinder Agreement, substantially in the form thereof attached to the Security Agreement, executed and delivered by a Guarantor or any other Person to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 7.12.

  • Guaranty Joinder Agreement means each Guaranty Joinder Agreement, substantially in the form thereof attached to the Guaranty, executed and delivered by a Subsidiary to Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.14.

  • Joinder Supplement An agreement among the Borrower, a Lender and the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit H to this Agreement (appropriately completed) delivered in connection with a Person becoming a Lender hereunder after the Closing Date, as contemplated by Section 2.1(c), a copy of which shall be delivered to the Collateral Agent and the Collateral Manager.

  • Bulk Supply means a supply agreement made under section 40 of the Act;

  • Amendment No. 1 means that certain Amendment No. 1 to Credit Agreement, dated as of the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date, by and among the Borrower, the lenders party thereto and Administrative Agent.

  • Amendment No. 2 means that certain Amendment No. 2 to this Agreement dated as of the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, by and among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

  • Guaranty Supplement has the meaning specified in Section 8.05.

  • Amendment No. 3 means Amendment No. 3 to this Agreement, dated as of March 16, 2017, among the Loan Parties, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

  • Contract Amendment means a written document signed by the Procurement Officer that is issued for the purpose of making changes in the Contract.

  • Medical equipment supplier means any person, as defined in § 1-230, engaged in the delivery to the ultimate consumer, pursuant to the lawful order of a practitioner, of hypodermic syringes and needles, medicinal oxygen, Schedule VI controlled devices, those Schedule VI controlled substances with no medicinal properties that are used for the operation and cleaning of medical equipment, solutions for peritoneal dialysis, and sterile water or saline for irrigation.

  • Notation of Guarantee means a notation, substantially in the form of Exhibit A, executed by a Guarantor and affixed to each Security of any Series to which the Guarantee of such Guarantor under Article XII of this Indenture applies.

  • Amendment No. 8 means Amendment No. 8, dated as of March 31, 2017, to this Agreement.

  • Amendment No. 4 means Amendment No. 4 to this Agreement, dated as of April 19, 2018, among the Loan Parties, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

  • Amendment No. 6 means Amendment No. 6 to Financing Agreement, dated as of April 15, 2022, among the Loan Parties party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

  • Assumption Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(d)(ii).

  • Amendment No. 7 means the Seventh Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of March 28, 2019, among Borrower, each of the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.
