New Subscription means a request for access to the Service by a person who does not have an active subscription to the Service at the time of making the request, regardless of whether or not that person has previously subscribed to the Service;

Examples of New Subscription in a sentence

  • The New Subscription will be effective from the date set out in the Order and set up as if the Account Holder were an entirely new customer with no access to any Profile Snapshots, reconstituted or historic Connections, Documentation, Content and/or Deliverables (including any Assessment Results or related data).

  • Annual Subscription Fees for the Current Subscription Software are hereby transferred to the New Subscription Software.

  • Customer may not use the Current Subscription Software and the New Subscription Software in a production environment at the same time.

  • The Company and the Promoters have complied all the regulatory requirements of the Companies Xxx 0000 or any other Applicable Laws in India for the allotment of the New Subscription Securities to IITK.

  • New Subsidiary means, as of any date of determination, any Person in which the Company after the Subscription Date, directly or indirectly, (i) owns or acquires any of the outstanding capital stock or holds any equity or similar interest of such Person or (ii) controls or operates all or any part of the business, operations or administration of such Person, and all of the foregoing, collectively, “New Subsidiaries.”
