  • Swale means a shallow depression in the ground sloping to a place for disposal for the purpose of providing a method of drainage of surface water.

  • Commonwealth Citizen means any person who has the status of a Commonwealth citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, not covered by the ‘UK Nationality’ definition above.   • Bermuda means the Islands of Bermuda;

  • South Africa means the Republic of South Africa;

  • Switzerland means the Swiss Confederation;

  • High Court means the High Court of Ireland.

  • Belgium means the Kingdom of Belgium; used in a geographical sense, it means the territory of the Kingdom of Belgium, including the territorial sea and any other area in the sea and in the air within which the Kingdom of Belgium, in accordance with international law, exercises sovereign rights or its jurisdiction;
