New Rights definition

New Rights has the meaning given in Clause 6.2(a).
New Rights means all assets, rights, powers and proceeds of any nature at any time attaching to, or arising out of a holding in, any Marketable Securities included in the Mortgaged Property, including, without limitation:

More Definitions of New Rights
