New Portfolio means any portfolio of Receivables (other than the Initial Portfolio), comprising Eligible Assets and Top-Up Assets, which may be purchased by the Guarantor from the Seller pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Master Loans Purchase Agreement.

New Portfolio means one or more groupings of New Portfolio Investments that are designated as a separate Portfolio on or after the Exchange Date. The initial New Portfolio shall be the EPA 1 Portfolio which shall consist of New Portfolio Investments made until 31 December 2021. Each New Portfolio that is established after the EPA 1 Portfolio shall consist of New Portfolio Investments made during each two (2) year period thereafter. EPA Holdings shall assign such naming designations to each New Portfolio as it shall deem convenient, but each such Portfolio, however named, shall be deemed a New Portfolio for the purposes of this Annex A.

Examples of New Portfolio in a sentence

  • The Adviser hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to render the services set forth in the Advisory Agreement with respect to the New Portfolio for the compensation herein provided.

  • The Fund hereby appoints the Adviser to act as investment adviser to the New Portfolio for the period and on the terms set forth in the Advisory Agreement.
