New Physician definition

New Physician means, any physician who, at any time after the Commencement Date, becomes affiliated with or employed by the Medical Group; provided that if such physician becomes affiliated with or employed by the Medical Group pursuant to a transaction between the Management Company and such physician or a medical group with which such physician is affiliated in which the Management Company acquires any assets or accounts receivable from such physician or such medical group or pays any other consideration to such physician or such medical group in connection with such physician's affiliation or employment with the Medical Group and/or the Management Company, then such physician shall not be deemed to be a New Physician for purposes of this Agreement.
New Physician shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.
New Physician means any physician who becomes an employee or independent contractor of the Medical Group after the date hereof and who practices with the Medical Group on a substantially full-time basis.

More Definitions of New Physician

New Physician means a physician who is not an Employee, but becomes employed by Transferee or its Affiliate after Closing to become a member of the Hospital medical staff and practice medicine within the Hospital Service Area.
