New Ordinary Shares definition

New Ordinary Shares means the new Ordinary Shares arising on Conversion of the C Shares;
New Ordinary Shares has the meaning given in recital (A) of this agreement;
New Ordinary Shares means, together, the Placing Shares, the Subscription Shares and the Open Offer Shares;

More Definitions of New Ordinary Shares
