New Money Investment definition

New Money Investment means Cash in an amount equal to $5,915,941,666.67.
New Money Investment means the $20 million investment to be made by the Term Loan Lenders or their Affiliates if the Term Loan Lenders are the Winning Bidder, which shall take the form of either debt or equity, or a combination of debt and equity, on terms mutually agreed upon by the Debtors and either the Term Loan Lenders or their Affiliates (as applicable), to be determined at the time of the Filing of the Plan Supplement.
New Money Investment means that certain new money investment in the amount of $100 million in the Reorganized Debtors to be made by the New Money Commitment Parties on the Effective Date in exchange for the New Money Convertible Preferred Equity, on the terms set forth in the Restructuring Support Agreement and subject to the execution and delivery of the Convertible Preferred Equity Documents.

Examples of New Money Investment in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided in the Plan or the Confirmation Order, the Reorganized Debtors shall fund distributions under the Plan with (i) Cash on hand; (ii) Cash proceeds from the New Money Investment; and (iii) the proceeds of the Exit Term Loan Facility.

  • On the Effective Date, if the Term Loan Lenders are the Winning Bidder, the Reorganized Debtors shall receive the New Money Investment.

  • On the Effective Date, in accordance with the Equity Commitment Documents and subject to the terms and conditions thereof, the Equity Commitment Parties shall fund the New Money Investment in exchange for Reorganized Hertz Parent Common Interests and Preferred Stock.

More Definitions of New Money Investment

New Money Investment shall have the meaning set forth in the Backstop Commitment Agreement.
New Money Investment means the investment contemplated by the Investment Agreement for New Units to be issued to the New Investor in accordance with the Investment Agreement on the Effective Date.
New Money Investment means the proceeds, in an amount no less than $105,000,000, of (i) the rights offering of the reorganized Holdings in respect of its common stock and (ii), to the extent applicable, the commitment by certain Unsecured Claim Holders to fund and/or backstop the funding of such rights offering, which rights offering shall be in form and substance (including, without limitation, the terms of the subscription by and/or backstop of, the applicable Unsecured Claim Holders) satisfactory to Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
New Money Investment means the New Money Investorsinvestment of not less than $30 million in the Reorganized Debtor.
New Money Investment means, collectively, the investment by the Backstop Parties, the Supporting Parties and/or such other Eligible Parties in the Rights Offering for the New Preferred Equity Interests, the New First Lien Term Loan and the New ABL Revolver.
New Money Investment means the aggregate amount of Cash received from the sale of Reorganized Hertz Parent Common Interests and Preferred Stock pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement and the Rights Offering.
New Money Investment means the New Money Investors’ investment in Newco in exchange for Membership Interests in accordance with the New Money Definitive Documents.
