New M&O Revenue definition

New M&O Revenue means the total State and local Maintenance and Operations Revenue that District actually received for such school year.
New M&O Revenue means, with respect to any school year, the total State and local Maintenance and Operations Revenue that the District received, after all adjustments have been made to such Maintenance and Operations Revenue in accordance with the provisions of the Applicable School Finance Law for such school year.
New M&O Revenue shall have the same meaning as assigned to such term in Section 4.2.A.ii of this Agreement.

  • If, for any year of this Agreement, the difference between the Original M&O Revenue and the New M&O Revenue as calculated under this Section 6.4 results in a negative number, the negative number will be considered to be zero for the purposes of this calculation.

  • Subject only to the provisions of Section 7.1 of this Agreement, the amount to be paid by the Applicant to compensate the District for Lost M&O Revenue for each year starting in the year of the Application Review Start Date and ending on December 31, 2027 shall be determined in compliance with the Applicable School Finance Law in effect for such year and according to the following formula: The Lost M&O Revenue owed by the Applicant to the District means the Original M&O Revenue minus the New M&O Revenue.


More Definitions of New M&O Revenue

New M&O Revenue means the total State and local Maintenance and Operations Revenue that the District would have received for such school year, calculated in accordance with TEXAS EDUCATION CODE Section 48.256(d), with the Limitation Amount specified in Section 2.4 applied to Applicant’s Qualified Property.
New M&O Revenue means the local Maintenance and Operations Tax Collections and any state aid (Tier II funding) that the District actually received for the property that is the subject of this Agreement for the current Tax Year pursuant to the limitation on appraised value as set forth in this Agreement.
New M&O Revenue means the local Maintenance and Operations Tax Collections and any state aid (Tier II funding) that the District actually collected for the property that is the subject of this Agreement for the current Tax Year pursuant to the limitation on appraised value as set forth in this Agreement.
New M&O Revenue shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(A)(ii) of this Agreement.
