New Meeting means a meeting convened after adjournment for want of quorum of a previous Meeting;
New Meeting has the meaning ascribed thereto at subsection 6.4;
New Meeting means any Meeting resumed after adjournment for want of quorum of a previous Meeting;

Examples of New Meeting in a sentence

  • Where the Meeting has elected the Chairman at an Initial Meeting, such person need not be the same person as the Chairman at any New Meeting.

  • The notice may also specify the date of any New Meeting following adjournment for want of quorum.

In this Agreement, unless a clear contrary intention appears, (i) the word “including” (in its various forms) means “including, without limitation”; (ii) the words “hereunder,” “hereof,” “hereto” and words of similar import are references to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement; (iii) the word “or” is not exclusive; (iv) references to “Sections” in this Agreement are references to Sections of this Agreement unless otherwise indicated; and (v) whenever the context requires, the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders.

  • Scoping meeting means a meeting between representatives of the applicant and the EDU conducted for but not limited to the following purposes:

  • Board Meeting means a meeting of the Board;

  • Annual Meeting means the annual meeting of the stockholders of the Company.

  • physical meeting means a general meeting held and conducted by physical attendance and participation by shareholders and/or proxies at the Principal Meeting Place and/or where applicable, one or more Meeting Locations;

  • Inaugural Meeting means the first meeting of a newly elected BOARD to be held following a municipal election and the commencement of the term of office;

  • hybrid meeting means a general meeting convened for the (i) physical attendance by shareholders and/or proxies at the Principal Meeting Place and where applicable, one or more Meeting Locations and (ii) virtual attendance and participation by shareholders and/or proxies by means of electronic facilities;
