New Material definition

New Material means the definition set out in Section 4.1. of this Agreement.

New Material means material that has not previously been used in the manufacture of another article used for any purpose.

New Material means any material or article that has not been used for any other purpose and by-products of industry that have not been in human use.

Examples of New Material in a sentence

• The Customer acknowledges that the entire future Intellectual Property Rights in all New Material are to be owned by the Contractor upon their creation.

• In addition, the New Material is not of such age or so deteriorated, due to storage factors, as to impair its usefulness or safety.

• Where the Customer Contract states that the Intellectual Property Rights in the New Material are to be owned by the Contractor, then this clause 23.2 forms part of the Customer Contract.

More Definitions of New Material

New Material means any material which has not been used in the manufacture of another article, or used for any other purpose, and includes by-products of machines at mills using only new raw material.

New Material means Material that is created, written, developed or otherwise brought into existence during the Term for the purposes of this agreement; and

New Material means a material that has been chemically or mechanically changed through a recycling process so that it can be introduced into a production process or can be marketed for sale as a good.

New Material means any Material that is:

New Material means any Material created: by, for or on behalf of the Recipient; during the Term of this Agreement; and that is delivered, presented or otherwise communicated to MPI by or on behalf of the Recipient as a part, or result, of the Activities. Parties means MPI and the Recipient. Personnel of any person, means all individuals directly or indirectly engaged by that person. Examples include directors, employees, contract staff, agents, consultants, specialists, support staff and co-opted or seconded staff. Portal means the web-based portal made available by MPI from time to time in which the parties have recorded (amongst other matters) the agreed Milestones, Activities, and the Funding associated with those. Pre-Existing Material means Material in existence prior the Commencement Date.

New Material means all Intellectual Property Rights created by Supplier for Buyer in connection with the Services, but excluding all Supplier Material, Buyer Material and any Open Source Software;

New Material means a material that has been chemically or mechanically changed through a
