New License definition

New License means a license issued to a driver:
New License means a license issued to an applicant who did not hold a valid license for a Commercial Passenger Boat of the same capacity category on November 30th of the year in which the application is made.
New License means any license, except an annual license issued under section 15 of the Federal Power Act, for a water power project that is issued under the Federal Power Act after the initial license for that project.

Examples of New License in a sentence

  • Acceptance of the New License shall mean the date upon which the Power Authority files its acceptance of the New License with FERC, or the date of the expiration of the existing original license, August 31, 2007, whichever occurs later.

More Definitions of New License

New License means any license approved in writing by the Parties, other than Existing Licenses, required for the manufacture, Development or Commercialization of any VEGF Product.
