New Jobs definition

New Jobs means the jobs defined by 34 Tex. Admin. Code §9.1051 and which Applicant will create by and through the project which is the subject of its Application. Under Texas Tax Code §313.024(d), Eighty Percent (80%), of all New Jobs created by Applicant on the project shall also be Qualifying Jobs, as defined below.

For purposes of this act, a job that shifts from one (1) location within the state of Idaho to another location shall not be considered a new job. New jobs must exceed the applicant's maximum number of full-time jobs in Idaho during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of application.
