New Jersey Property definition

New Jersey Property means such of the Owned Real Property and the Leased Real Property as is located within the State of New Jersey.
New Jersey Property means the Company’s facility in Wall Township, New Jersey, formerly a packaging facility, and with respect to which the Company has ceased all regular operations and is demolishing the structures thereon.
New Jersey Property means the real property owned by RCN Telecom Services, Inc., on the Initial Borrowing Date and located at 65-75 River Road, Nutley, New Jersey.
