New Investments definition

New Investments means cash actually received by the Issuer from the Parent (i) in exchange for fully paid ordinary shares in the Issuer, (ii) by way of an unconditional shareholders contribution (aktieägartillskott) or (iii) any shareholder loans from the Parent to the Issuer which is subject to Transaction Security.
New Investments means (i) fully paid ordinary shares in the Issuer issued to JSM Gruppen AB and/or (ii) further Subordinated Debt and/or (iii) unconditional shareholder’s contribution (ovillkorat aktieägartillskott), in each case issued or advanced after the First Issue Date.
New Investments collectively, the Additional Entravision Investment and Other Media/Communications Investments, and `New Investment' means any one of the foregoing.

More Definitions of New Investments

New Investments means (i) the loans provided for by the New Facility Documentation which may be secured by liens on and security interests in all or substantially all of the assets and properties of PRG Inc. and its domestic subsidiaries, subject to certain customary permitted liens, and/or (ii) issuance of common or preferred equity interests by PRG pursuant to the terms of the New Facility Documentation.
New Investments. Means the development property located at 1700-0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Commerce Park Buildings presently under option and all income properties and/or development properties acquired by the Company or any subsidiaries thereof after the Effective Date, including those properties acquired in accordance with the terms of that certain letter agreement dated as of November ___, 2006 between Columbia Equity Trust, Inc. and Operating Company.
